I have photo with a caption in the IPTC field marked "Description/Caption" but when I upload it to Box, nothing appears under "Description". What IPTC field needs to be completed to populate "Description" once uploaded to Box?

This is expected for Box will not import and display the embedded IPTC caption/description along with the photo you uploaded.
If this is something you would like to be able to do, I would highly recommend submitting this feature request at pulse.box.com! Our product managers review these requests and take them into consideration for future product development.
