What happens when over API call limit?

Hello,

 

Our company have select Enterprise plan.

The plan's limit is 100,00 API calls per month[*1].

But I think our API call counts will be over the limit.

 

So that, I would like to know what happens when so.

For example, API calls are reject, or Incur additional costs.
