Hi, I'd need to know what happens to a folder in case the owner is deleted/ leaves the company? We have several Co-Owners defined. Will one of them get ownership? Or will the folder be deleted anyway?

Once a user has been deleted along with his/her contents. Please be informed that there is still a 14-day grace period for paying customers, during which Product Support can recover your content.
To secure your Enterprise's contents while deleting users, here's what you can do.
Meanwhile, if you're the owner of the folder and a collaborator creates a sub-folder. It's ownership will remain under your Box account, regardless if the collaborator who created it was removed or deleted.

We have a monthly lifecycle process where delete users who no longer need licenses. When a user is deleted are files in the trash bin are ignored?
