If we install Box Drive on a laptop and the user marks files "Available Offline" on a file in Box Drive, what happens to that file if we deactivate their account and delete it? 

Can they still access that file locally?

Just a note: I got this from support and it does answer the question:

Thank you for patiently waiting. 
 
Our specialist team has confirmed that their access will be removed immediately. Once the user is set to inactive their auth token will be expired and they'd no longer be able to access any content in Drive included marked for offline.
