I have a question regarding the BoxShuttle results report.
Do you understand that a file with a status of "target-newer" in the result column means that "the file does not exist at the transfer source"?
Although I am in a Japanese environment, I was unable to find any applicable items in BoxSupport's QA.

I received an answer from support.
I'm reposting this in the hope that it will be helpful to someone.

"target-newer means a file on target was last modified after the same file on the source. "

"Shuttle sync rules ensure that the most recently modified file will have preference and not be overwritten as a new version.  This is one reason that Shuttle support recommends that you do not make any changes to the target until your migration completes."
