What about plan on meaning number of API calls?

I summarized those matter as follows, is the content right?

"Number of API calls" posted on the BOX plan points to the API call of "custom application".
Therefore, after the end user contracts the Box account, API calls of third party applications that can be selected from "applications" are excluded.
In fact, in the activity report, API calls of third party applications are counted, but "Chargeable" is "No".
However, if "number of API calls" exceeds the number of 1000 API calls per minute or the number of uploads of 240 files per minute as "BOX fair use policy", "429s error" may be returned.
