Welcome to Box! We’ve built this forum for our new customers so that you have access to our Customer Success Managers for the next 60-days, while you are getting your Box instance deployed. Each week we’ll send you new information and best practices for setting up Box, including tips on folder structure, integrations, change management and much more!
Should you need anything or want to share learnings and your own best practices with us and other new customers in this forum, please feel free to post and one of our CSMs will get back to you asap. This week, we’d love for everyone to take a couple of actions:
First, please post an introduction of yourself with whatever you’re comfortable sharing (name, role, company, familiarity with Box / use of Box in the past and what your teams will be using Box to accomplish). Make sure you hit the "Follow" button on the top right of the forum!
