I am trying to use box to share a large file with an external company. I have copied the link to the file and emailed it to them and also added their email address directly to the file as a collaborator. When they try and click on the link they get a very long loading time and eventually get the following screen:

This has been happening for a week. I have tried sending the link to my personal email address and it works ok. Do you know why they are getting this error message as I have no other way to send them this file?
