Is the backend for Webhooks V2 set up? As in, does Box actually send out the notification to the notification url provided upon webhook creation?
I am receiving events from Webhooks V1 but not from V2.

Yes, the webhooks backend is live. We have been able to see successful notifications go out and have some apps already using them. One tool we used to test was Runscope.

The Webhooks V2 endpoint is in production. Here is the announcement from our API Changelog noting that the Webhooks V2 endpoint is generally available.
