Web app not appearing in folder context menu

Hello all,

 

We are implementing a web app integration for Box, which will be used to create new documents in folders. As per the documentation, it should appear in the context menu of files and folders, under the More Actions sub-menu. Our problem is, it only appears in the context menu for files, but not for folders.

 

Is there a setting somewhere that configures this and we've missed? Perhaps it is a limitation of Box?

     In the Web App Integration console, try setting the "Scoped to" option to "The parent folder of the file/folder from which this integration is invoked".

    Hello Murtza, thanks for your reply. This was resolved by Box support, apparently they changed some internal permissions, which control whether the app integration appears for selected folders or not.
