We want change the admin old man to new man.
Admin that BOX roll has already retired.
Ald man adress is dead. Therefore, we cannot see the message from the BOX system.
We tried to change it from "Roles and Access Privileges", but couldn't for the above reason.
We need system help.
I send e-mail to BOX Sport team, but the answer “we only offer technical support to customers on one of our paid plans.”
