"We're sorry, your account is unable to preview this file type" Error in Preview

Welcome to Box Community! 

Certain file type previews are only available to Business level Box accounts and above. Free or personal users can preview files owned by these accounts.

And keynote should be previewed in the Web-App. Did you try to use another browser and/or clear your browser's cache and cookies?

Could you clarify if the Business Starter pricing plan is considered a Business level account for the purpose of previewing keynote presentations on Box.com?

Hi Rona,
So i upgraded my plan to business and i still get error message when i try to preview keynote presentation on box.com.
I can open this presentation in web app of keynote, but i want to be able to preview this file with shareable link. Could you please provide me with information what needs to be done.
