I keep getting this message when trying to view a relatively small file. (short video or PDF) . I am on Chrome and it has been working fine in the past.

Sorry to hear about your issue accessing your box file(s) and at this point, did you already tried the following?
- Kindly use your alternate browser.
- Make sure your browser's up to date.
- Clear your cache and cookies, here are the steps.
- Make sure your firewall is configured.
- Disable your plugins/add-ons/extensions in multiple browsers.
- Restart your machine.
