No one on this account can upload files to the Box folder.
We have tried everything on the trouble shooting list for this issue and nothing is working.
We are mailing hard copies to make sure the forms are submitted.

Looks like you don't own any folders in your Box account. Did you try to check your permission in the affected folder? To make sure you have enough permission to upload files, please visit this helpful article.
Additionally, did you happen to have noticed an error message? If yes, please submit a screenshot in this forum.

That was no help at all. None of the people on this list can upload files to the BOX. Elizabeth is not with the company and Colleen is not doing this task.
