We are attempting to register a new account in Box but get the message "user belongs to another enterprise". P

Hi!

We are attempting to add new users in the account with different subdomains but getting the message "user belongs to another enterprise". Why is this? We have the Business Plan. In our other Box accounts, we are able to add users with different domains. 

Please help.
