Hello!
Here the challenge, for this example we want to create a Root Folder called “Customers”, and imagine we have a 100 customers and 2 account managers (AMs). (But this could be 1000 and 100 AMs)
We want for the be able for the AM to see all the customers organized under “Customers” but only the AM who owns the account to have access to see the folder of that account. For Simpilcity
Account Manager 1:
Customer/Customer 1
to
Customer/Customer 50
Account Manager 2:
Customer/Customer 51
to
Customer/Customer 100
Is there any way to accomplish that? Beside of creating two root folders?
We have a similar situation with Admin folders with confidential information per Admin person. Unless they create that on the user level, if we want to create them as a Company folder, the challenge will be similar.
