Creating username and password for Piper/Sandler website - able to do all but when I try to verify my email address when Box sends the link I get this error message: the link has expired. If I try to log in - it recognizes my email address and says I cannot log in as someone already has it.
Some folks can log in with no problem and a few of cannot.
