I saw a community post but is there any way to confirm that Box will not do anything about files they flag and send a message saying the file is a virus? I was told no by someone but just wanted to confirm, I know the files aren't a virus because it's a direct output of data that our user entered and the files were created off of that data, I trust the program.

It is up to the Enterprise to decide if the threat is valid or not. I recommend leveraging the Alert Summary and Threat Details that appear in alert details page to be able to decide the validity of the detection. Box Support does not have a way to determine if the file was possibly flagged as a false positive.

Ok, thanks. I mainly wanted to make sure someone on Box's side wouldn't touch our files. I talked to someone on our side and they indicated that we wouldn't take action on the files either.
