I created a folder and uploaded MP4 videos. I asked some users with Viewer Permission to play the video but they got error message “ This Preview did not load because you don’t have permission. Please ask the file owner to update the permissions:

If you’re having trouble loading a video file, please note that video preview is available only to Business level Box accounts, and above. If you use a free or personal Box account, you can still preview video files owned by Business Plus-level accounts and above.
