Greetings, I’ve been using the box.com link feature on Mozilla Thunderbird, but I’ve noticed that the uploaded videos won’t play in the browser, not even with the Shields down on Brave.

Freemium users are unable to preview videos, it is currently available only to Business level Box accounts, and above. Freemium users can preview video files owned by these accounts.
