videos dont play

I used to be able to play video files in the app without any problem, but lately they wont load. They just sit there showing the blue file logo with the spinning white circle like they're trying to load. 

Im using my 5G instead of wifi as I dont have internet yet at the new place, so I thought it might be something stopping me from playing a video using mobile switchdata, so I used the wifi at work to make the files available offline. Well they still wont play. 

 

Any ideas?

Before we troubleshoot, we would like to obtain certain details regarding your issue with Box Preview: 

  • Which particular Box Application is used to preview the video file?
  • Could you name the Box Application as well as the version installed?
  • The Operating System running in your machine/device?
  • We also wanted to ensure that you have permission to preview a Box video file, 

Remember that video preview is available only to Business level Box accounts, and above. If you use a free or personal Box account, you can still preview video files owned by Business Plus-level accounts and above.

  • Has it ever worked before, or is it your first time to access the video file?
  • Is it affecting all video files or just this file?
