We have a lot of video data within our box accout which we share links with our customers. We need our customers to be able to view the video files without downloading them. Box seems to take a very long time for the preview to load. we have tried on multiple networks etc. we previously have been using one drive and DropBox and both are extreamly fast to load the video preview online. is there anyway we can adjust the speed the videos are loaded in BOX?

360497915707 has this been addressed? I'm currently waiting for a preview of a 10 second clip to load as I'm typing this. The previews are incredibly slow to load and often don't playback smoothly. It's not a browser or hardware issue as myself and my team experience this across devices, operating systems, and browsers. Box needs to address their terrible video experience.

This is happening to me as I type - just the spinning wheel of death.... really slowing down my productivity.

My video uploads are not able to be previewed by people I invite.  The only option seems to be downloading them, which isn't going to be acceptable.  Is there a solution to this or do I need a new file share service?
