Video preview has not been playable since yesterday.

Video files (mp4) uploaded since yesterday cannot be previewed and played.
When I try to play the video, the mark "ready to play" appears and the circle around it spins around, but it does not play.
This is a very critical issue as it is interfering with our video checking operations.
