I tell you that from the Faculty of Economics and Business of the University of Chile we are experiencing a lot of slowness in downloading files from box. With other products such as dropbox and drive we have not had any problems.
We have made revisions to policies that could cause problems with download speed, we have tested with other networks without any policies applied and the same problem continues.
There is some diagnosis tool that can be used to have real data on your part and review why the slow situation.
