I have been trying for half an hour to create a support ticket. There is some kind of terrible loop going on that just sends you to another forum to ask others how to get support. I need a button that creates a support ticket. Not a forum, not a group chat. Just make this product work for me. This BOX trouble has been going on for three weeks now. Enough is enough and too much is plenty!

Welcome to Box Community and glad to assist!
When you log in and select "Contact Support" from the top-navigation menu you will see the different options for contacting the Box Product Support team. These options will vary by customer, depending on account type, agent availability and support subscription level. Options may include submission by web form, live chat and, for Premier and Platinum Service customers, a direct phone line.
