Hi, I had a pptx file synchronized with my Mac OS app. I changed the name of the containing folder while the file was open on my PowerPoint app in Mac and when tried to save, there was an error. Now the pptx file is empty and I cannot recover the previous version as the history of versions appear empty too. How can I recover the file version before the crash?

I'd like to set your expectations that Box saves limited versions and the maximum number of file versions you can access corresponds to your Box account type. Since you are under a free account, you can only access 1 file version history. Please see this article for your reference: Accessing Version History.
On the other hand, you can upgrade your account to Personal Pro and above so that you can have the privilege for this feature.
