I added a new user to out Box and she is not receiving the verification emails (even clicking the re-send does not work). 


I checked in our org's Exchange logs and no emails are received on our servers from box to this user.

Check Spam/Junk: Ensure the user checks their spam or junk folders.
Email Filters: Look for any filters that might block emails from Box.
Suppression List: Verify if the email is on Box’s suppression list and remove it if necessary.
