Can I send a direct link to a folder without making users set up an account?

I created a folder with authorized users, including their emails. What does permissions “pending “ mean?

And what is an “external collaborator added” (I added more in a second window before saving) ?? Some emails are white; others are blue. I need to confirm that the folder requires the password for everyone, right?

I need to reset my login email. How long does it take? (I don’t have immediate access to my old email.)

Why are my files on top? I want them contained in their folders. Can I fix this?
