Various programs cannot save opened files to box

Hi!

I run OS X 11.6 (and prior) and have several programs (Preview and Plot2, likely many more) that once changes have been made to a file on box, these cannot be saved. In Plot2 I can "save new" file to box without problem. And in Preview, I can "print to pdf" without problem. I just cannot save the currently opened and edited file! This has not been a problem before. What to do?

There is no answer given to this problem in the post "Cannot save my files din Box Drive Mac". My Box has full hard drive access. Others seem to be struggling with this as well.

P.S. Maybe a separate issue: Keynote files sometimes loose graphics when opened from box. I have 10 people all running Apple in my research group. Chalmers storage services is BOX, and we rely on it. Many others rely on Apple services, obviously.  Please take Apple-Box compatibility issues seriously in your next overhaul.
