I have multiple clients/contacts that send me downloads through box.com. It seems that if I created the account for one entity, now I can't access any other entities' download links to me. How can this possibly be? I have tried for too long to find a support email address and give up.

See below. I "discovered" on the internet that I can't access the downloads of two different clients (different box accounts), i.e., I have an account with one client, when I receive notice of depo transcript ready and click link (different client), I get this:
