We have a use case where we want to use Box for salesforce. Here we are planning to use just one box user but share different box folders with different salesforce users. Want to confirm if folder level sharing is possible if we just have one box login but different users in salesforce.
I want to use 1 box login for 2 salesforce users but i am having an error- "Folder for the request cannot be created/found.Please check Configuration" and sometimes collaboration error and page is keep loading and my use case is-
"If a user create or upload files using box than the another user can not see that files and both the user belogs to same orgs with different roles."
Each user in Salesforce must match to a user in Box. I don't think you can do what you are trying to do.
