I was introduced to Box e-signature last year via a sales rep. But he moved one and I can not reach his replacement. I am now testing the e-signature with a trial.

He was telling me about a feature within the e-signature to use different email aliases when sending out the signature requests. For exp: accounting@ audit@ etc, so each time a team member belonging to that specific team needs to send a signature request, they would use that email alias as the sender. Any ideas how this works? Or it this still an option?

Upon review, it appears that the feature to change the sender's email is not available. Box Sign requests are typically dispatched from the primary email address associated with the Box user account. The ability to send requests from multiple email addresses linked to a single user is not a standard feature within the Box Sign web interface.
