using box from my computer

Question

All my files are here and can be seen if you log in here, however, I can no longer see or access my files from my home computer?  How do I restore that function.

Hi Robert,Welcome to the Box Community!You need to download a Box Desktop application such as Box Drive to be able to access your Box files in your desktop PC.Can you check if you have this installed in your computer and if it is running?
