How would I move (not copy) my entire C-drive to Box and have every hard-coded folder address changed to include Box in the path? Is that even possible?

Note: Customizing the Box Drive folder does not change where Box Drive stores its app data or cached files. So customizing the folder will not save disk space if you relocate the folder to another drive.
As of this writing, this feature that you've asked about is a current limitation for Box Drive. Meanwhile, it is subject for feature request.
