Users on unlimited business pro subscription gets a 10 GB limit

Dear Box,

I recently purchased a business account that online says unlimited storage

I paid for 5 users, now I see that each user has only 10GB of storage

Can you please explain?

    Hello,

    I recently purchased a Box Business account under the impression that it includes unlimited storage, as advertised online. I opted for the plan with 5 users. However, upon setting up the account, I noticed that each user is limited to only 10GB of storage.     

    Could you please clarify this discrepancy? Is there an additional step or setting required to unlock the unlimited storage feature?

    Yes you need to go in the admin console and then download the user data and manually change all users to “unlimited”, then Upload the file and each user will get unlimited account
