I just upgraded from a personal a business account.


Box says I'm using 29 of 3 user seats:


-29 managed users 


-1 user - me - shown below


-28 external users (collaborators on next page)


I think this is just a Box IT error but there doesn't seem to be any way to get direct technical support.

Upon checking, your current Box Plan does not have unlimited collaboration. Which means, charges will incur for every file/folder collaborations.
