We just wanted to double check that Cary Jones has been removed as a user from account 15524005809 ?


 


We had a request from a user (Suzette ) to remove Cary as they are no longer working on one of our productions, so no longer need access to the Box folders.


 


When we tried to remove (myself & Debbie, the account admin) we couldn’t see Cary – checked with Suzette and she said that she had tried on Friday but thought it hadn’t worked. Can you just double check that it did indeed work?


 


And for future reference, when removing people from folders – can this only be done by the admin or whoever granted access in the first place?
