Two users in our company lost access to their Box folders with error “Oops! We can't seem to find the page you're looking for". Access was working normally before that, they are unable to see any collaboration folders. Even when trying to reach the help page from their account, there is an error message displayed:

We have tried the suggested steps with cache/history clean and different browsers, and from outside the company network (no firewall), the error message is the same.
