User name already taken
I put in my user name,/email it is unique enough that only I would have used it, although it could have been years ago. I can’t get beyond the user name already taken to get to the box file I was invited to share

It may also due to your email address already linked on a Box account. Can you try to sign up and use an alternate email address?
