User is getting an error when sending to an outside collaborator, stating that links can only be sent internally. The user is set as unlimited and the Restrict external collaboration box is unchecked under End User Access permissions.
The only checked boxes are:
Allow this user to see all managed users
Allow this user to synchronize files between Box and the user's desktop.
