Hi. A user on our organization's Box account is encountering "Account storage limit reached" when she uploads files to folders that she created. We checked the storage limit in her account settings but there's nothing there to show a limit has been reached. We tested with small sized PDFs (less than 100kb) and still encountered the error. 


Please advise.
