Hi Box team,

I am trying to update the primary email address of one user but getting the error that the email is invalid.

Their current email is set up as their personal gmail and they are wanting to update it to their business domain account email. I have confirmed that this business email should not be set up with any other Box account but still getting the error.

Can someone please contact me to support this?
