User don't get a confirmation email sent upon creating an account

As the title says, the user that I have added don't get the email confirmation so she can create a password for her account. I have tried to delete and re-add her several times but nothing changes, still no email.

Are there any requierments that needs to be meet in order to gain access to our company account? Do they need to be active in our AD environment etc?

 

Really frustrating issue...
