Hello support forum,


I recently deleted a user from our Box account and transferred all the files to myself.  Unfortunately all the files are still unavailable and still have not been transferred to me.  This is causing a large disruption to my business.  I have contacted support over a week ago with no movement on the issue.  Any help would be appreciated.
