can you provide some insight as of why a user cant delete his own folder? He is on box.com site and any folder he creates in his own sandbox cant be deleted. any reasons why?

Welcome to Box Community! We’re glad to provide more information regarding the user’s ability to delete their own folder(s).
According to our investigation,‘restrict content creation’ is enabled in your Enterprise.
When this setting is enabled, know that only your Box Admin and Co-Admins can create and delete first-level folders, files and bookmarks.
You can find this setting by going to Box.com> Admin Console> Enterprise Settings> Scroll down to Content Creation section.
If this is not the case, please feel free to contact the Box Product Support team so we could have a closer look.
