First day with Box. I’m trying to add users and getting this error.

It seems that the person or email address you’re trying to add as managed user has an existing Box paid account. The affected user should reach out to his/her primary Admin and have the account deleted.
However, if account deletion is not an option you could reach out to the Box Product Support team for additional assistance.
