Trying to add a user to a sandbox and it's stating that ‘User belongs to another enterprise’. I checked out main account and it doesn't exist in there so no idea what enterprise it could be a part of. Any ideas on how to track down where it exists?

Welcome to Box Community, and we’d love to resolve adding new user error.
The “User belongs to another enterprise” error when adding users typically occurs because the user you are trying to add already has a Box account associated with a different enterprise.
Please note you cannot invite a user with Business-level account. The end user must contact his/her primary admin.
