When I try to add a user I get a message stating there was an error and referring me to a spreadsheet. When I open the spreadsheet it says that the user I tried to add already exists. Yet he is not in the user list, nor any other report I can think of running. I have asked the requesting party to revoke any invites to collaborate on a folder or file, which they have done, but I still can't create this user.
I can create other users without issue, but not this one.
