Hey Forum-goers -
We are trying to better audit which external collaborators have access to our files. Our process internally is to look at which External Collaborators are part of our organizations, and then look at the last time they had activity on the platform.
To accomplish that,
First we run the "Collaborations" report which gets us the list of all the external collaborators that have been invited.
Then we run a user activity report for ALL users for ALL actions.
Once this report is generated, we remove all actions performed by people with an @<our org domain> email address.
I then have an excel sheet that pull together (with formulas) the external collaborator, the person responsible for that shared data, and the external collaborators last activity date.
This take a LOT of time and Excel really does not like dealing with that many rows, and that much data.. it's time consuming to try to do with any regularity.
Is there a better way to achieve this?
