User Activity Report - All Subfolders Should be Automatically Selected

When creating a user activity report - I want to be able to select a single parent folder and for that to include all the contents of that folder including subfolders.  Right now I need to click into each folder and subfolder every time I do a report.  It takes forever.  And I can't use the new saved report feature because if the folders/subfolders change it's not clear they will be included.  If clicking on a parent folder included all children it would be way more efficient.

    Welcome to the Box Community, I'm happy to help!

    At present, when filtering User activity Report with folders, the report will only filter on the contents of the folder selected, and not the contents of subfolders within.

    If this is something that you wish to change to include every subfolders, I would highly recommend that you send this directly to our Product Team through Box Pulse for possible consideration and implementation in the future. Our product managers review these requests and take them into consideration for future product development.
